1. Service Description

Calendar Cash transforms your calendar events into invoices automatically. We integrate with your existing calendar to track billable time and generate professional invoices in seconds.

2. Early Access Terms

As an early access user, you'll receive:

• Lifetime pricing of $14/month (regularly $29/month)
• Priority support and feature requests
• Access to all future features at no additional cost

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your credentials. You must be 18 years or older to use our Service.

4. Calendar Integration

Our Service requires read-only access to your calendar. We will:

• Never modify, delete, or create calendar events
• Only access calendar data to identify billable time
• Store minimal calendar information securely

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Early access pricing is guaranteed for life as long as your subscription remains active. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is yours. We use bank-level encryption and will never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
